Introduction: Amzbassador is a platform that connects Amazon influencers with Amazon brands to feature their products in Amazon Live. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Commission: Amzbassador charges a 20% commission of the budget agreed between the influencer and the brand for using our platform.
Influencer and Brand Responsibilities: Both the influencer and the brand are responsible for ensuring that their content and products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Amazon policies.
Intellectual Property: All content and materials on the platform, including but not limited to text, images, and videos, are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or materials on the platform for any commercial or public use without obtaining written consent from Amzbassador and the relevant rights holder.
Limitation of Liability: Amzbassador shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Amzbassador reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Payment: Payment for the agreed budget between the influencer and the brand shall be made through the platform. Influencers will receive payment for their services within 30 days of completion of the campaign, minus Amzbassador's commission.
Termination: Amzbassador reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Amzbassador and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Compliance with Laws: You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the platform.
Privacy Policy: Amzbassador's privacy policy, which is available on the platform, is incorporated into these terms and conditions. By using the platform, you agree to the terms of the privacy policy.
